Sausages
We love a good sausage! Ours are made from pork raised right here, and we create the flavours with Littlers Butchers in Sandiway. You can buy them fresh at our monthly sale; any spare packs are frozen straight away to lock in their flavour and quality. Have a peek in the shop to see what’s in our freezers.
Bacon
This isn’t just bacon. It’s bacon with character, thick slices and amazing flavour. Perfect for your bacon butty.
Our pigs spend their days outdoors on pasture, and their back bacon has a natural layer of fat that crisps beautifully in the pan. Every pack is a little different — just as it should be.
Mince & more
Our pork mince is mild, slightly sweet and naturally juicy. It takes on herbs, spices and sauces beautifully — try it in meatballs or burgers, or swap it for beef in your usual bolognese, lasagne or chilli. What will you have for tea tonight?
